In Pakistan, Site for Smiles and Smarts formerly partnered with three organizations to spread education: the Mashal School, a nonprofit located in the slum of Bari Imam, Islamabad; the Association of Pakistani Physicians of North America (APPNA), an organization that provides relief and recovery for Pakistan's poorest regions; and The Citizens Foundation, USA (TCF), a nonprofit that supports the education of children across the world.

In its partnership with the Mashal School, Site for Smiles and Smarts raised funds within the United States to fund the tuition and provision of school supplies for students. These supplies included backpacks, uniforms, stationery, and more.

Students at the Mashal School are predominantly based in Bari Imam, a slum located in Pakistan's capital of Islamabad. Over 50% of the school's student population are orphans, and are often the primary breadwinners of their families. Through its efforts, Site for Smiles and Smarts funded 600 months' worth of scholarships for students (these came in the form of tuition and school supplies).

Site for Smiles and Smarts also formerly collaborated with the Association of Pakistani Physicians of North America (APPNA) to sponsor students at the Khpal Kor School, an institution that benefits orphans living in Swat District, a rural region in Pakistan.

Site for Smiles and Smarts' most recent education partnership was with The Citizens Foundation, USA (TCF), an international organization that works to empower rural children with an education. Through a school talent show in Iowa, Site for Smiles and Smarts was able to fund the construction of a library in rural Pakistan.
