Site for Smiles and Smarts’ Founder Fez Zafar plans to visit the Lakota Reservation in Rosebud and Pine Ridge, South Dakota, in the next few weeks. He will spend a week volunteering to build homes and provide resources for at-risk youth in the region. In the future, Site for Smiles and Smarts hopes to expand its initiatives to the Lakota Reservation to continue its efforts in uplifting children around the world from poverty, including right here in the United States.
